Copy and save

After a capture, there are usually two ways out: copy to the clipboard or save as a file.

Copy

Click Copy and the image goes to the system clipboard. Paste it into:

Chat apps such as WeChat, QQ, or Feishu
Office documents such as Word, PowerPoint, or Feishu Docs
Design and collaboration tools

This is the path for “capture it and send it.”

Save

Click Save to write the image to this PC. You can:

Choose the folder and file name
Set a default folder in Settings so you do not pick one every time

A separate folder for work captures makes them easier to find later.

Annotate, then export

If you added arrows, text, mosaic, or other marks, check the preview before you copy or save. The exported image is the final annotated picture.
